I offer a range of services designed to support you at every stage of your house or apartment renovation project. The Home Consultation is often the starting point of your renovation process. Following this initial visit, you may choose to move on to a Building Assessment or an Advanced Thermal Assessment, depending on the level of analysis required.
Home Consultation/Pre-Purchase Consultation
A visit to your property and an opportunity to discuss your renovation project (1 to 2 hours)..
The consultation can also take the form of a pre-purchase consultation, providing you with an independent assessment of the building's condition and any renovation work that may be required.

Building Assessment
A comprehensive on-site consultation (2 to 3 hours), combined with optional additional analyses tailored to your needs using connected sensors (Wi-Fi required):
- Indoor Air Quality (IAQ): installation of a sensor for at least one week to monitor temperature, humidity, CO₂ levels and airborne particles within your home;
- Energy Consumption Monitoring: installation of sensors for at least one week to assess the electricity consumption of your main household appliances.
A detailed written report is provided, followed by a dedicated consultation session (approximately 1 hour) to discuss the results. The sensors are collected during this meeting.

L’audit énergétique
Réalisation d’un audit énergétique avec visite du logement, prise de mesures, calcul des déperditions énergétiques et des performances environnementales de votre logement sur un logiciel dédié et proposition de 2 ou 3 scénarios de travaux, estimation du coût des travaux, bilan des aides financières à votre disposition, rédaction d’un rapport détaillé avec un temps d’échange lors de la remise du rapport.

Advanced Thermal Assessment
A comprehensive building assessment including optional monitoring sensors (indoor air quality and/or energy consumption), on-site measurements, thermal modelling, calculation of heat losses and environmental performance using dedicated software, development of two or three renovation scenarios, estimated renovation costs, review of available financial incentives, and a detailed written report followed by a one-hour consultation to discuss the results.
